This course is designed to further challenge those participants with solid fundamentals and a capable fitness level. Through repetition and skill refinement, students will learn intermediate skills and be expected to complete more difficult workouts. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level.

Students may participate in Level 2 classes after completing our Intro to Parkour program and receiving instructor approval after taking our Level 1 classes. If the participant wishes to enroll without taking Level 1 classes, they must meet with instructors to determine readiness.
