Our summer camps consist of teaching the fundamentals and basics of parkour, including running obstacle courses, having skill challenges, and playing parkour oriented games.
Each Class is 1-4pm each day, and consists of a warm up, skill lessons, snack break (snacks provided), courses, games, and cool down.
